This is definitely not my best photo but I couldn’t NOT share the vegan BLT of dreams ☁️ The sandwich kept slip n slidin’ around the plate hence the lack of focus and rogue tomato slice 😂 Toasted farmhouse bread, lettuce, baby plum tomatoes, this.uk bacon and leonrestaurants garlic aoli. I would normally use vegan mayo but I didn’t have any so I thought aoli was the next best thing and honestly I think it was better 🔥
