Merry Christmas everybody – I hope you’ve all had lovely days full of festive celebration🎄I have had some amazing food today so I thought I’d capture it all in one post 🤍
Breakfast – carrot smoked “salmon” and cream cheese on a bagel with capers and dill. I made this for the first time last year and knew I had to make it again this Christmas!
Christmas Dinner – Plant Pioneers vegan wellington and Aldi no Turkey with all the trimmings! I thought both of these mains were ok but nothing to rave about… I don’t think I’d get them again, although I’ll definitely eat the leftovers over the next few days!
Supper – Cheese and crackers! I got the Ilchester vegan cheese selection, the Plant Pioneers Wensleydale with cranberries and a bit of vegan cream cheese. I also had some grapes and some of my mum’s tomato chutney 😍
