It’s been far too hot to make anything other than Vietnamese summer rolls for dinner! I filled mine with lettuce, orange pepper, cucumber, a little bit of basmati rice, fresh coriander and mint, and tasteandglory_uk roast chicken pieces (sent to me from gifta_uk) that I’d marinated in sesame oil, soy sauce, Korean chilli oil, garlic and ginger! It was the perfect excuse to crack open the lidlgb satay sauce I’ve had in the cupboard for months, which was delicious but had nothing on the phorestaurant peanut sauce 🥺
