I didn’t want to post this yet as it’s so similar to the last post on my feed but I have nothing else to share 😂 It’s also pretty clear that my plating of this dish was entirely inspired by the plating of the Wagamama in my last post 😂 Earlier this week I made a vegetable rendang using the rendang paste from Sainsbury’s and a tin of coconut milk. For the veggies I used red onion, garlic, chestnut mushrooms, red pepper, spring onions and tenderstem broccoli. Of course I served with basmati rice, chilli flakes, coriander and tonnes of fresh lime 🔥
